Walked my wife in here due to a dislocated elbow. Front desk staff couldn’t look up from there phones while telling us to check in on the machine. From there it got so much worse. I’ve been to too many hospitals in my day. This one seemed like it was being run by college students trying out for a reality show. After the abysmal care we received we eventually escorted ourselves out because no one had checked on us in over an hour. As we were trying to leave a nurse who had nothing to do with our situation grabbed our paperwor... read more

They were so wonderful! My labor and delivery were great. Both my nurses were amazing! My baby had jaundice and needed phototherapy. I got to room in with her for as long as she needed the therapy, even after I had been discharged. I would recommend delivering here and if I have another baby, I would want to deliver here again! The celebration meal they bring you after the baby is born is amazing!

Had to come here to get a blood test for our baby. Walked in, no one at the front desk, went up the elevator to l&d, no one there, came back and a lady asked if we needed help. We decided to try to wait a bit because the tech was on the way. 45 minutes later the lady comes out and says the tech is at lunch... ok so now my wife needs to breastfeed the baby so we ask if theres... read more

I loved the new space and the updated rooms. But honestly dad's be aware.... They tried to convince my wife to change the baby's name when I went home to watch the other kids. They purposely waited till I left to sign the papers.
