My husband called this place for me regarding if they took his military insurance since we’re moving to the area and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Just for that I would not be considering this place. Get better customer service.
Doctor Anderson is very understanding! She definitely made sure all of my needs were met!
I would not recommend coming here. I had such high hopes, as this place is close to my home and has a number of black OB’s, which I love, however the office takes entirely TOO long. They offer 7 am appointments but I wasn’t seen until 8. My second visit my appointment was for 8:15 and by 9:33 I still had not been seen. This is simply unacceptable. Had to switch to this provider after my insurance changed in 2024 and I could not be happier with this office and OBGYN.
