Building Management/Maintenance should be ashamed of themselves. Pregnant women are constantly having to walk these steps to get to their appointments. It doesn’t matter if it’s first, second or third trimester, these awesome women shouldn’t have to climb a mountain of stairs. My wife was dealing with Braxton Hicks contractions on the way up the stairs for on of her appointments. This has nothing to do with Texas Health Mansfield Associates OBGYN. I did not appreciate the way I was treated while attempting to check In to my appointment. The young lady, Jenni, did not confirm the provider that I was seeing by name. She stated that I was seeing a Nurse practitioner, as though that was inferior and said that I needed to go across the hall. She had a lack of patient care skills. My experience was already challenged due to the lack of an elevator and , if something changed, she should have been more clear and empathetic about the fact that my provider had moved suites. I went to imaging, today. The people at the hospital lobby were not welcoming at all, but the lady for the imaging check-in, Trina, was wonderful! Very amicable, helpful and a beautiful smile. I can say the same for my imaging technician, she was also very caring and nice. Definitely a 5 star for the imaging department at TX Health Mansfield. Thank you!
