It is very hard to get in contact with someone at this food stamp office. What is going on. I am very disappointed in the system.
Not working 😕
If I could give this no stars I would I was on hold for almost 3 hours before they hung up on me ! I have 2 children and myself that recently moved here and need assistance ! I will be reporting them to the office in midland since this seems to be a reoccurring problem !
Horrible customer service, have no idea of anything and very rude.
No one answer the phone 2 hrs on the phone waiting are you serious this is horrible and very unprofessional 👎
