Terrible experience with Dr. Robert Chase Phariss and his staff. My mother came in with Gastrointestinal issues that has been causing a loose stool for over two weeks and has caused her to feel weak, fatigue, and in pain. We’re no professionals, but anyone knows if you’ve lost liquids for that long you’ll need at-least an IV. She was not given anything. This place was a JOKE. I will absolutely NEVER return here. I definitely wouldn't send anybody I love here, even someone I hate! I was diagnosed in 2023 (at Texas Health by the way) with Multiple Sclerosis. Yesterday, I went into the hospital due to experiencing symptoms of a new lesion the night prior. Tremors in hands the night prior, and when I arrived I had a finger locked in a curved position and my arm felt weighted and tired. I expressed that I have MS and believe I am having a flare up. Came here to get the rabies vaccine. On the first day waited 5 hours to actually get the round of shots and then another hour to get discharged. I was told to come back for the follow up rounds and that it wouldn’t take long at all, I would be in and out. I came today for the second round. Came here at 7PM. Right now it’s 9:48PM. They’re apparently still waiting for the vaccine to be delivered from the pharmacy. DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible! Right now I’m sitting in room #16 for the past 3 hours just to get 1 shot.
