Down and out in the cold. Asked for a blanket and was denied.
The service was good at the beginning. Can’t get a simple cat scan. Meanwhile my wife is in lots of pain. It was a lot better after the CT scan and the Doctor came in. So it got a lot better.
Borderline care. Waiting 3 hours on Wednesday 7 to 10 still no renal CT scan that takes less than 20 minutes.
I dropped my mom off at ER today and she called me in tears because of how rudely she was treated by two nurses. Their goal was to humiliate and belittle her. Those two and any similar to them should NOT be in the medical field.
Went here the other day for the flu they did blood tests and urine tests for no reason at all they did not give me a head scan because I had also fell i requested a head scam sns they didn't do it at all plus I have to pay $7,000 just for the unnecessary blood /urine tests just for the doctor to come back and say I have the flu if you want a professional hospital then go to Harris downtown because Southwest doesn't know what professionalism is at all.!! Stay away from Harris southwest.
