The lack of car population this facility had should’ve been the first red flag for me to turn around! I get there some worker come sizing me up & down like i was a thug or something. I walked up to the emergency doors & i see the doors were locked & you needed to press an intercom to get buzzed! Since when? SOUTHLAKE IS NOT THE HOOD, why do yall even have that? Awesome people! Was here from out of town on business and came here for emergency. Every single person that I interacted with was just awesome to me! So thankful!

Amazing facility with equally wonderful staff. My wife had a joint replacement here recently and I can say that this is the best hospital experience we have ever had. Highly recommend.

Appointment for three they asked us to get here at one. It is now 5 o'clock and they still have not seen us.
