Dr. Jill Feezell is NOT in network with UnitedHealthcare. The ER front desk does NOT verbally inform patients if they will see a provider that is not in network. The hospital ER is in network, however their providers may not be in network. Expect an additional bill if you have UHC and see Dr. Feezell.

The staff is horrible. They drop the ball on sending over prescriptions where they’re supposed to be sending personally Azle hospital should be closed down due to incompetence.

I went to th ER with a pain in my side, nauseous, thinking it was my appendix. They took me right back to a bed. I waited maybe 20 minutes for a Dr. She ordered blood work and a CT Scan. It was not another 10 minutes and I was getting a CT scan. The nurse was so nice and informative. I had a great experience all around. Turned out to be a kidney stone. Left with 5 prescriptions called in. I was very impressed with the service here.

Took my husband to the ED this morning for severe abdominal pain. I can say I was IMPRESSED by the reaction time of the staff. Within 5 minutes he had nurses and doctors at his bedside, starting an IV and assessing. They treated his pain appropriately and ran tests right away. My husband has severe PTSD and hates getting medical care, but, he was trying his best and being very thankful. I know patience in a fast paced, stressful environment can be limited. I thought the doctor, Dr. Harris, was very responsive and respectful.... read more
