Absolutely terrible service we sat in a room for over an hour and not a single person spoke to us. Let’s not forget the front desk people that check you in are extremely rude! We told the lady we were leaving because no one had even made an attempt to talk to us. Instead of her saying let me get ahold of a nurse and see if we can figure something out she basically was like oh well see you later. 0/10 don’t recommend this hospital if you really need to be seen! They do act like it’s an issue for them to do what they get paid ... read more

I had an INCIDENT about 6 months ago. Me, a 75lb puppy, a glass patio door a SQUIRREL! The puppy saw the squirrel, my hand got caught in the handle of the leash and the glass door closed on my arm as the dog continued running FULL SPEED. It severed my left forearm down to the tendon. I am 68yr and that was my first ambulance ride. I was seen immediately and it was at most 15 minutes before the doctor came in. It was a VERY BUSY NIGHT in that ER. They were amazing. Everybody was patient and attentive towards me, very helpful and nice. From the front desk till right up to the end nothing but good things to say, very grateful for all the staff that was there, especially with the snow.

Dr. Bardwell is the worst excuse for a dr I’ve ever seen. He only does what he’s required to do and even though I was having other issues at the time, that he didn’t address. He definitely lets you know that you’re not important and that he has much better things to do than help patients. Even with my BP at 185/101 and a heart rate of 101, he insisted it was a blood clot in my leg. My leg issues aren’t a problem until I sit up or stand up. No blood clots were found and he didn’t investigate the problem any further. He never ... read more
