Everybody was patient and attentive towards me, very helpful and nice. From the front desk till right up to the end nothing but good things to say, very grateful for all the staff that was there, especially with the snow.
Dr. Bardwell is the worst excuse for a dr I’ve ever seen. He only does what he’s required to do and even though I was having other issues at the time, that he didn’t address. He definitely lets you know that you’re not important and that he has much better things to do than help patients. Even with my BP at 185/101 and a heart rate of 101, he insisted it was a blood clot in my leg. My leg issues aren’t a problem until I sit up or stand up. I was throwing up blood for a week straight. Kept telling me I’m fine since nothing was on a scan. Come to find out I had a twisted colon and an appendicitis. The GI canceled an hour before my scope just because. They would have found it if they did their job. Every time I’ve been back I’m told the same thing even after getting surgery. Nothing on your scan to show pain. Um, scans don’t show pain and if you gage your medical judgement on that, you should not be practicing. Stay far away if you don’t want to die here. Dr.Grant was super disrespectful and unprofessional when talking about healthcare options, but nurses were very kind.
Brought wife to the emergency room, got in a room within 10 minutes. Great staff.
