Rudest staff, no waiting area for spouses? Parking is ridiculous just a handful of spots for vehicles over 7’ tall (In Texas?!) This hospital has turned into a joke and a cesspool of the city

march 24 2025, spent much of the day in the emergency room , I was not a nice person but the staff over worked, and tired, showed a great deal of paitiences,

This hospital sucks unless Dr.Jennings is in charger… he was so kind and was able to actually explain to me the situations that were going on unlike the other older Dr he just thought he didn’t have to explain anything and kept giving pain medication that wasn’t even working !!!

The staff is very nice and professional. But… they have a horrible young officer in the front checking bags who yells at people just because. I came with my daughter and he yelled at me in front of my daughter when he was jot being clear who he was speaking to. At first, he spoke to a lady that came in, then addressed me, then addressed the lady, then me again. He yelled at both of us. I felt horrible. He could have addressed one person at a time. Security guy was a little intimidating and the wait was ridiculous and I never got a room. I was attended in the hallways like many other patients which wasn’t a big deal for me because the staff made up for it! I went in really anxious and everyone was no nice and caring. I went in on Tuesday and left that midnight. Loved the staff just wished there were more rooms available
