My second time being seen at this facility and it was nothing short of great service! Thank you all for what you do.
Emergency room has not privacy, the chairs are lined up right next to each other, hippa is definitely violated You can hear everything the doctor and the nurses say to the other patients. And if you are sick why have you sit straight up in uncomfortable chairs.
As somebody who has a chronic illness and is sick ALOT. I've been to a lot of emergency rooms. This is the BEST one I've ever been to. Every one from here to cleburne, to Mansfield. I'm usually not treated well and like I'm drug seeking. This is my 3rd Er this month for the same illness. This one actually took the time to check if I was sick, and didn't ignore when my labs said infection. Clean professional but more style than care however the emergency room is quality
One nurse for 14 patients. Would not have came here if I would have known they were understaffed.
