If you can skip this hospital, do it. I am saying it from my personal experience. No one really cares about patient, its a paradise for doctors, but a pain for patients.
This can't be a real hospital not after the experience my son had. Please if you can wait that 1 to 2 minutes drive to Medical City go there instead.

Up until last week, we had only visited the ER at this facility. They have always been amazing and that is why we returned this time. Unfortunately my husband had to be admitted and it was not a good experience. The doctors dismissed our concerns and my husband had a cockroach in his hospital bed. We will not be returning to this hospital again for anything and will not be recommending it to family and friends as we had in the past.
This is a 5-star hospital by far. The people are top rated using the most modern medical equipment. The care they deliver to you and your loved ones will keep your spirits up during stressful times. I highly recommend this hospital.
