Texas Health Fitness Center, we were visiting the Prosper area and did not want to miss our workouts. The facility was clean, well equipped and the staff was incredible. A special thanks to Rafat and Jake for making us feel welcome. We highly recommend this fitness center and plan on utilizing it on all our visits to Prosper.

Great place. Rarely crowded, and they take care of the equipment. One of the trainers there, Jake, is great to work with and is very dedicated to making sure everyone is getting what they need from the gym.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Texas Family Fitness coit and 380, particularly due to the actions of a staff member named Nikki Meister. When we signed up for a membership for my daughter, Nikki assured us that if my daughter needed to cancel her membership due to school, we could do so without issues. Based on this assurance, I agreed to pay for her membership using my credit card. Great place to work out without the usual gym crowd. It has everything you need, and the equipment is fairly new. Perfect spot to get your workout done without worrying about peak hours.
