Everyone was pleasant, professional and on time! They were respectful when discussing treatment options! I am very pleased!
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The communication was poor, the wait time was much longer than expected, and I did not feel that my concerns were properly listened to or addressed. The staff did not clearly explain the treatment, charges, or next steps, which made the entire visit stressful and frustrating. Patients deserve respectful communication, transparency, and proper attention, especially when they are already dealing with a health concern.
