Worst experience ever. Scheduled an appt online. I received a followup call on Friday to answer insurance questions and the receptionist stated that BCBSTX HMO insurance wouldn't be accepted unless the PCP was assigned to this particular doctor. I immediately called BCBSTX to update the PCP on my plan to this doctor. Once the change was made I called the doctor's office back and informed them I had updated my insurance.
