I just got a call back from LoriAnn at the Texas Health Family on 2265 N Lakeshore Dr #101, Rockwall, TX 75087 to get help setting up all my refills at 90 day. I was late going to my regular appointment due my son took his life and I did not feel like going in to the doctor. First she tried to tell me it was up to the pharmacy then LoriAnn said they had called in 30 day on 3 of my meds as a courtesy but 1 they called in for 90 days. I needed to be seen for a physical (which is covered at 100% by insurance) and was told I would need a "new patient visit" prior. When I arrived for the new patient visit, I asked the nature of the visit and was told that it was to collect case history and that the portion not covered by insurance would be $143 (The total cost of the visit was $325.) I have not been seen by a doctor in 6 years so I was anxious about having all the things done for my physical After years of not being seen. I am so thankful that I found this doctor. The staff was wonderful. The office was clean. Her medical assistant, Candise took great care of me l While I waited for the doctor. I was so presently surprised! Dr Cryselda was so attentive and I felt heard. Highly recommend!!! I was In and out also which is great for a busy mom. Can't say enough good things about this office.
