Walked in for my new patient appointment and the receptionist tells me there is no record of me ever having an appointment, and she can’t get me in today. She says calls go through a call center, so just be aware that you might show up and waste your time. She didn’t apologize or seem to care either- made me feel like it was my fault someone else didn’t do their job correctly. Will definitely NOT be returning.
I had a great experience! My provider(Jennifer) was incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. The LVN who triaged me was very friendly and set a great tone. The CMA who drew my blood was so great! She was an absolute pro. I appreciate the entire staff making my first time at this facility so comfortable. Everyone had a great attitude and was very friendly! :))
Absolutely 5 stars. Everyone at Texas Health Family Care was kind, helpful, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel manageable and smooth. The front desk team was amazing, especially Taylor, who provided us with the financial assistance paperwork to fill out right there in the office instead of having to do it all online at home. Do not waste your time. I have been a patient for several years and there is always an issue with my MAINTENANCE medication refills that I have, once again, been taking for years. Go anywhere else.
