Gail Herrera is fantastic. She listens, she's compassionate, and I feel she truly cares. She is helping me get back to being myself and feeling like myself. She has referred me to some other modes of treatment like psychiatry, therapy and a neurologist. She understands what I'm going through and she truly cares. Gail Herrera is an asset to Bartonville Family Medical/Texas Health. Without Gail, I don't know where I would be right now. I am so happy with this doctors office. They are very responsive, always genuine with their communication, & treat my family like their own. I see Dr. Kirby and my husband and son see Dr. McCray. They are both phenomenal people. I can't say enough good things over the last several years we've been going there.
From reception desk Tina to nurses Linda and office staff ….. doctors ( PA ) are so knowledgeable thoughtful and passionate I can visit them every day just to say hi to them . I wish I could name everyone and thank them special thanks to my PA Callie Kirby for watching after me so delicately with kindness and Tina to squeeze the schedule and get me in to visit in needed time. Never can thank everyone enough 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
This is a great local doctor! I’ve seen all three of the providers there and they’re all great. Callie is especially good, very polite, thorough and it genuinely seems like she cares, which is rare. The staff were friendly and efficient and I waited maybe 2 minutes. There is a redhead who apparently runs the office that is worth coming in for all by herself! I’d come back just to see her again! Overall a great local doctor’s office!
