Well, one star is the best I can do. Made an appointment over the weekend, and the morning of my appointment. I received an email that my appointment had been canceled. They claimed the time slot that I chose was for only 15 minutes. They offer appointment times to choose from, not time blocks. No call to try to resolve just a cancellation email. Very unprofessional. You have every right to expect professionalism from people in a career position.
