Someone should sue these people, called to book a dr appointment and they refused me even though I am in network. Woman was lazy on the phone and just didn’t want to do her job and schedule me

Waiting for blood work. The person running that has a bad system and when I tried saying something that I was skipped and explained I was told, "just wait you'll get serviced." Two rounds of people went through ahead of me before I was finally called. The lady running it was dismissive.
