Waiting for blood work. The person running that has a bad system and when I tried saying something that I was skipped and explained I was told, "just wait you'll get serviced." Two rounds of people went through ahead of me before I was finally called. The lady running it was dismissive.
I always try to be realistic with my reviews, but this location of Texas Health in Rockwall didn't give me one single reason to give them more than one star. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that they don't really care about you or your health, it's all about your money, and it's all about the doctors getting paid, this is how doctor James Muns literally said to me during my 30 seconds visit with him, he said " in order for me to order you a blood work, I have to see you so I can get paid, I'm not ordering your bloo... read more
