I feel compelled to share my wonderful experience at this location. The front office staff have always been so polite and are very friendly. I see Misa Wilcox and let me tell you, she's one of a kind. The care I receive from her is the best I've experience from a practitioner in my 44 years of life. She is thorough, allows you to ask questions, and doesn't rush you at all. I would highly recommend this location and Misa Wilcox.
I cannot stress enough how little this office cares about you as a patient. The staff and the doctors are all extremely unfriendly and make you schedule an appointment for every single thing. They just want money from your insurance and to get you out as quickly as possible. Take forever to respond to any requests if they respond at all. Urgent care was way more helpful than any of the times I’ve been here. Avoid this place at all cost!!
This is extremely unfortunate because Robin is one of the best Doctors out there. But this office is unforgivable and heartless zombies almost. Almost no communication between workers here, very unprofessional, dysfunctional and unorganized. I live 45 minutes away from here but I go out if my way just to see Robin. I wasted a quarter tank of gas driving through traffic with my 2 little girls today, screaming becauaw they wanted to see robin.. I really love Azle family practice. My doctor is Dr. Stotts. He is a good listener and gives good explanations. I really love Shirley, McMillan, FMP, and Tracey sHe is a good listener and gives good explanations. I really love Shirley, McMillan, FMP, and Tracey Sturgeon, FNP. They listen to everything. They both know me very well and understand my needs. Tracey has years of orthopedic experience and has given me knee injections of steroids and Visco I've been very helpful for my bone on bone problems in my knees. It is hard ... read more
Misa and Stephanie have been amazing and supportive, with everything I have been through! Love all the plants in the clinic too! If I ever have any issues they are quick to respond! Thanks for all you do!
