Rude office staff. Never got to see or speak to the drs in the office because I couldn’t get past the rude office staff. I can’t recommend the drs having not seen them. BUT service starts with the people who you see and speak to first. Office staff is also a face of the business and being rude to potential patients or even non potential patients if not accepting new patients. Hospitality still needs to be there regardless.
RecommendedDr. Lewis and his staff are great. Saginaw is proud to have them.
