On 13 April 2016 I when into this neighbor urgent care clinic which turned out to be a department of the First Texas Hospital. I met with a Doctor Reddy Vijayabhaske and was diagnosed with Strep Throat. The service provided was good. I was given two shots and left in a 45 minute to 1 hour visit. I have been to similar urgent care facilities before using my United Health Care Insurance. Bills have been reasonable in the $200.00 range. This place should be a desperate choice for EMERGENCIES ONLY. My wife and I went in separately within a week . My wife to get a fly removed from her ear and I went in with a stomach issue. After our insurance we owed 1,600 between the two of us and my stomach issue was misdiagnosed. I was shocked to see all of the positive reviews of this place online. Its either the work of a marketing company or people that haven't received their bills yet.
Poor Service, Sadly way over priced too. Was billed over $1,100 for a "sinus infection". Was not notified that they did not have non ER service. Were not willing to waive the $800+ "Facility Charge" which was hidden in the last page of the T&Cs with no mention of the price.
Rip Off Place!!!! Should be NEVER A CHOICE EMERGENCY ROOM. They billed my wife $3000 for a visit, in which they used all the equipment they had on the facility in the name of heart attach symptons(Heart attach has become big business, scare them bill them) but not give the correct path to get the MRI done, because they don t have it. Go anywhere else except this place. Total RIP OFF Place and Bad doctors.
