Update, since last complained they responded to my comment and ask me to give them information so they can solve this issue. I emailed right away and no response at all since then. Highly recommend to stay away from this place. I never write a review before but this time I really want to write this so people can stay away from this place. Worst Emergency Care Centre I’ve ever been to. Doctors wouldn’t treat you if you don’t have cash on hand or insurance. During my visit there, I was denied treatment cause I didn’t have cash on hand. The doctor on duty lied on the discharge paper saying “patient decided to go after MSE” instead of putting on there, that they ‘we denied patient treatment cause he didn’t have cash on hand’. I have never seen such lying medical practitioners in my life
As many others have noted. Stay away from this place. They have some very shady billing practices and are way overpriced for the services received. I went there with what turned out to be food poisoning. I was in the room for all of 15 minutes, saw the doctor for about 3 and ended up getting a $1200 bill for this nonsense. When I called to pay the ridiculous amount they informed me that they had yet another bill for me in the amount of $150.
