I called and came in for a very specific reason. Since this facility wasn't part of a larger hospital I wanted to confirm they could run the tests that I would need. The front desk person was friendly but was too concerned with giving me legal reasons he couldn't give me a direct answer. I asked to speak to the physician and he said I couldn't until I was checked in. I decided to try another place. I went to PrimeCare on Cooper st. down the road. If I could give NO STARS, I would. This is an “EMERGENCY “ room meaning people come in with REAL EMERGENCIES! I came in with my 32 week pregnant daughter complaining about stomach pains and was NOT met with concern or a sense of URGENCY! We had paperwork shoved in our faces first! Waiting room was EMPTY and we still waited for about 10 minutes just to get questioned and vitals. The actual Dr. didn’t show until about another 30 minutes! Nicest Staff! When we cannot make it over to Bumps n Bruises we bring our kids here. We are always in and out in under an hour. The nurses, x-ray techs and doctors are always super nice, and great with my kids. The place is clean, and they kid friendly. We have used them 5-6 times between our four kiddos. They always listen to my concerns and don't make me feel like an over protective mom.

Took my daughter there and she scared the hell out of An Old American African Male Nurse. He is so mean to her( 8 years old girl ). The way he talks like yelling at her. Will never going back at this place again!! Btw, the nurse lady was very gentle and calm not like the Male Nurse.

Horrible ! The staff was nice but very deceiving when it comes to payment. I thought the total amount was going to be $349.00 because I asked what the total amount would be. They charged me $349 that I paid out of pocket, which was fine until another bill comes in a month later that said $668.00 on it. I called and the lady said that the $349.00 was for a service fee and the $668.00 was for seeing the doctor. Since the doctor works for National Medical they have to send me a separate bill later.
