do not go here, I am an RN and I am shocked to see that this place does not have a lab technologist and rad tech and RN's do labs, which is not good they don't have a degree in it, medical city freestanding ER have a lab technologist on site they have a hospital standard lab. when I checked with my fellow lab technologist at work place they said that they will call the texas health one fake toy lab(do not get confused with original THR hospitals, they do have amazing labs) . also another shocking discovery is that I saw rad ... read more
LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!! BEWARE!! Had to call them a week after my tests to get results despite them saying they would call me when the results were in! On top of that, I visited here 2 months ago and just received YET ANOTHER BILL. I could have gone to Planned Parenthood with NO INSURANCE and it would have been cheaper!!!! I wish I had read these reviews and maybe I would have braved the trip to Cooks downtown at 2am instead of going here. But, I have always had high regards for each and every time I have had an encounter with a Texas Health Entity. Since there were not any children’s urgent care centers open at the time I needed to take my daughter, I trusted the name and the reputation.
