This is the worst doctor’s office in Fort Worth . From doctors to receptionist. They lack empathy, don’t listen, brush you off with quick answer with no explanation the people who work the front are rude they lack communication skills and Costumer service skills. When you call them and ask questions or to reschedule/ cancel appointments they don’t even ask the proper verification questions or name for that matter just complete incompetence.
Not even a patient here but I am new to fort worth and was looking for an obgyn so i called them because my insurance says they take my insurance, I called to schedule an appointment and was put on hold for 11 mins , I thought they had forgotten about me so I called again and it immediately went the hold Music again , after a while someone answered the phone , I asked if they took my insurance so I could schedule an appointment but she said they did not take my insurance. I've been seeing Dr. Mirzadeh and I absolutely love her. She's kind, and funny. She listens to my concerns and she's very reassuring! She shows that she cares. I was nervous about trying a different OB but I have no regrets. She doesn't rush through when asking how I'm doing.
Rude, doesn't listen to your needs, lacks empathy, OB doesn't do much for you. Would not recommend, the one star is accurate and there for a reason.
