I do not think this clinic deserve even a single star. They did colposcopy and we waited for more than 2 weeks and never got results. Also clinic charged me $243 and my insurance account shows only $140.04 out of pocket for this service. Find other clinic for any service. This may be last clinic to go if you are dying. Otherwise do not go here. Writing a review is not going to help me however you can save your time and money. Clinic even did not care for such review either.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 today. I get there and I’m waiting a few minutes. I get called up and I’m told that I missed my appointment at 10. I literally wrote down the time and date on my phone and I called in the day before my appointment and I was told 10:30. After my next scheduled appointment it’ll be my last time.

Beautiful and well kept office! First time here and was referred from the other location. I love how I didn't meet not 1 rude person here, everyone was so sweet and welcoming! I was in and out as well, came and went in under 50 minutes! Everyone is on top of their game.

I would not recommend this office. I was a patient of Dr. Wagners/Texas Health. The staff is terribly unorganized, rude, and unresponsive. I switched providers at 24 weeks and it has been the best decision. Many times I’ve called to speak to a nurse about issues I was having, never got a call back. The nurse practitioner Shannon is very unprofessional, rather than answering my questions in office she referred to me an app to tell me what medications are safe for pregnancy. The staff is very rude I went in for a regular natal appointment and the nurse who showed me to my room was rude, it doesn’t feel welcoming even the one who took my blood didn’t really engage much even if you spark up a convo. It feels like they just come to get a check and that’s it. Only people who showed me some hospitality was the one receptionist in front.
