Twice I've been waiting for lab work results, I called twice, WENT FOR VACATION OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR A WEEK, and no follow-up. I'm going to change doctors since obviously myself and other patients are not being treated fairly. One doctor is retiring soon so I can understand the lack of care especially.
I’ve had experiences at both clinic locations, and unfortunately, the professionalism, particularly from the front office staff, has been disappointing. When calling, the receptionists often come across as dismissive or unhelpful, which sets a poor tone before you even walk through the door. In-person, they seem disorganized and unsure of their responsibilities.
