DON’T GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get answers for months now. I had blood work done (2 separate tests that had to be 12 weeks apart)and received an email that my results were in earlier this month. These blood tests will determine how I proceed on my pregnancy plan so I’m already eager to know. When I logged in to my portal it said I wasn’t a patient. I called to ask some questions and possibly schedule an appointment and the person who answered the phone was professional at first but got abrasive when I needed to know a few answers she didn’t know the answer to. It’s a horrible first impression and makes me hesitate to schedule with someone here.
The ladies at the desk on the fourth floor for DR.Z office are unbelievably rude, they don’t know any real information. They would give me false information or simply have a rude attitude when asking questions. It’s sad to see how these women in health care treat other women!
My older obgyn retired and I was referred here by an outside source. I had DO Principe. She was AWESOME!! Extremely nice. Answered all my questions. Sonogram woman was very professional and nice also! The front receptionists were all nice and respectable! I saw a review about a rude receptionist but I think they got rid of her.
Whatever you do don’t put your health and your life in this woman’s hands! My wife got in contact with this excuse of a Dr called Angela Mirzadeh because we found out she was pregnant. She contacted her about a check up and the office never returned the call (first red flag). She eventually got a hold of them and they gave her an appointment for December 2nd.
