I just wanted to commend the girl who stays closing in the mission location, and accepting us as a walk in last minute. My husband was in so much pain and had trouble walking and when she spoke to my husband on the phone she let him know she would wait for him and she did. I am grateful for such caring staff like this who have compassion for others. She did a great job on making sure she received our orders before even arriving to the office. I struggle with brain function memory and cognition. I was struggling to make it to an appointment the day after I’d been late for the first. The front desk had so much empathy and rescheduled me so I’d have another three hours to get there. My tech was Jonathan. He is one of the kindest people I’ve met in the Valley. Had a great appointment! The staff are very efficient and respectful and made my visit so comfortable…special thanks to Jonathan MRI Tech for his kindness and expertise…I am very satisfied with the service ♥️
My 2year old went in for a xray staff was so welcoming from the front desk to the techs! They had lollipops & dinosaur stickers so my son could be calm through the whole process. Very impressed thank you Bianca for recommending us to a great facility. 10/10
