I had a stretching session with Connie Mooney at Texas Health Burleson. It was absolutely wonderful and my body did need it. She used a massage gun and then stretched me. I’m so relaxed. Go see Connie!
Awesome gym and awesome peeps! Highly recommend if you want a chill gym that’s not super crowded.
I’ve been a member at this gym for 3 years now and I’m so happy I joined. I’ve tried other gyms and it didn’t feel warm and welcoming like this one. Coming here I feel like I’m part of a family or community. Everyone is so nice all the time and it’s definitely a judgement free zone. It is a bit small compared to other gyms, but finding equipment to use is never an issue. The entire staff is always so nice too. ❤️
