I’ve been a member at this gym for 3 years now and I’m so happy I joined. I’ve tried other gyms and it didn’t feel warm and welcoming like this one. Coming here I feel like I’m part of a family or community. Everyone is so nice all the time and it’s definitely a judgement free zone. It is a bit small compared to other gyms, but finding equipment to use is never an issue. The entire staff is always so nice too. ❤️

Great gym, excellent trainers and so many classes to choose from. The staff is always available to help. I’ve lost weight & decreased my medication thanks to them.
