Easy to schedule immediate appointment, staff was kind and professional, and the provider Janelle was EXCELLENT! She explained the what and why of my diagnosis and treatment options and did not blow off any of my symptoms. Really listened and expressed concern wanting to get me feeling better. My own concierge physician's office had blown me off the day before, but she listened and wanted to get me immediately relief. She also was patient and thoroughly answered all my questions.
