Lala was wonderful when I needed to change my appointment. Haley was professionall and put me at ease. Lindsey was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me.
Fast, friendly service
Trash trash trash. Use another facility. This one is staffed with trash bags. They will not give you the name of a manager. They will kick you out if you are sick and frustrated. The lady Grace will start taking frustration personally. I even pre empted with situation of having been to several other clinics and I sick. Begged her pardon. But she wasn’t hearing it. I was feeling terrible and it helped so much to be greeted by a helpful cheery staff. I want to commend Kim, Grace Lakeesia! So thorough and knowledgeable. I left feeling “these ladies really do care”! Even though I was from out of town, if I ever need care again, I’m definitely returning to them! Thank you ladies!
Amazing experience. The medical staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The check in process was seamless. Lakesha is the medical assistant who helped me and she is amazing. The Nurse Practitioner Kim, was knowledgeable and patiently explained everything in a manner I understood. Grace took x-rays and was so kind and made me feel comfortable. We are near our worst when going to an urgent care and this location and medical staff made the visit fun. Thank you Kim, Lakesha, and Grace! I’m feeling better already.
