We had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The front office staff and the assistant to the provider were neither welcoming nor respectful. Their attitude made us feel helpless and uncomfortable during a time when we were already stressed. The lack of empathy and professionalism was truly disheartening.

This was honestly my best experience at an urgent care clinic! The staff was beyond knowledgeable, professional, very compassionate, and extremely efficient! I believe I was there for less than 2 hours which is completely unheard of in the emergency medicine realm. I really wish I had remembered everyone's name so I could thank them personally but I am extremely grateful for the care I received from the staff last night!
