My first visit here was great. They saw me promptly, ran tests quickly, and I was back home in less than an hour. The second visit was completely the opposite. Long wait in the lobby, long wait in the exam room, tests run late when they could have been run immediately based on symptoms. Mind you there were no other patients when I got there so no clue what was taking so long. Here’s a tip, when patients come in we’re clearly not feeling well and quite irritable.
