Do not let your loved one go here. They let my Step Dad fall 2 times in one day while he was supposed to be in restraints. He had a black eye with stitches and a broken nose from the fall. There is no reason in the world that this is acceptable. To make it even worse is they ignored my Mother's attempt to speak to someone for 3 days when this fall happened.
