The Breast Care center is so great! Some times I can even walk in and get my mammogram when I happen to be in the area. The new facilities are beautiful and so spa-like that it’s easy to feel at ease, even with the procedure that’s somewhat unpleasant. Thank you for creating a space for women and providing excellent customer service!
Great experience! Very nice and courteous team. The facility was nice. The waiting room to get changed before my mammogram was nice. It had a cabinet to store my personal items that locked with a key.
No realistic availability. I was seen in the hospital on last Friday around noon and was referred by the hospital to get ultrasounds done for a mass that was infected. I called immediately after I left as the nurse who discharged me suggested I do and they returned my call the following Wednesday to schedule an appointment 3 weeks from then. For a situation where a patient is believed to have an infection ,which causes them to be in the hospital in the first place, not being seen as soon as possible is ridiculous, as you do ... read more
I have never had an issue with this breast center, but today’s visit was a special treat. The entire place has been enlarged and remodeled. It is bright, clean, fresh and modern. Comfy new chairs in the waiting room, receptionist has a huge circular desk to work from, and she unlocks a door to let you into the changing and exam area. The changing room has a sliding door that locks and the cubby for your clothes also locks with a key you take with you. The gown I was given was warmed!
