Great experience! Very nice and courteous team. The facility was nice. The waiting room to get changed before my mammogram was nice. It had a cabinet to store my personal items that locked with a key.
No realistic availability. I was seen in the hospital on last Friday around noon and was referred by the hospital to get ultrasounds done for a mass that was infected. I called immediately after I left as the nurse who discharged me suggested I do and they returned my call the following Wednesday to schedule an appointment 3 weeks from then. For a situation where a patient is believed to have an infection ,which causes them to be in the hospital in the first place, not being seen as soon as possible is ridiculous, as you do ... read more
I have never had an issue with this breast center, but today’s visit was a special treat. The entire place has been enlarged and remodeled. It is bright, clean, fresh and modern. Comfy new chairs in the waiting room, receptionist has a huge circular desk to work from, and she unlocks a door to let you into the changing and exam area. The changing room has a sliding door that locks and the cubby for your clothes also locks with a key you take with you. The gown I was given was warmed! I don't go here anymore for two reasons: 1) They have lockers for you to put your clothes in, but they (wait for it) don't lock. Yep, there are no locks. When I asked about it, I was told that they took away the keys because of COVID (which makes no sense). Later, I checked to see if they'd put the locks back on, and they said they'd taken them off because of patients with arthritis who couldn't turn the key. That also makes no sense because they could just have some lockers with no locks for those patients (or an employee c... read more
