Don't call if you want to actually talk to a person in the office! They only call out, and do not take any incoming calls to any hhsc office now. At least the Brownwood office says the line is busy, Stephenville office will just let you sit on hold until you get tired of waiting. What a joke, people that need help and assistance can't actually get it unless they have a way to walk in personally.
