I cannot express how thankful I am for the experience that I had at this location today. Ms. Dorthy Hightower, Ms. Dorthy Jones, Ms. Renee, Ms. Parks, & Ms. Mary, were all God sends! It’s rare that you encounter so many smiling faces & great spirits in public facilities. Ms. Renee helped me sign up and get everything I needed. Thank God for her working so diligently for me. S/O to all these amazing women & this location! I definitely recommend going here!
5 hours on hold is dreadful! And still not one person answered Then they give you a timeframe to complete your application yet don’t answer the phone to give feedback and further support to avoid delays
I love the staff and their humble behaviour. Their struggle for us. At entrance a lady assisted me for the queue, for the window. Visited me 6 times for assistance. They lady who spoke to me at window assisted me and guided me about everything and guided me how to upload an application. She was so humble that she came outside when i wasnot able to hear my name for the final window. She take me over there and guided that lady about my case as well.
