I get here at 4:52pm, just to get a card. Why are yall shutting the system down at 5:00pm?? Im reporting yall, because that doesn't make any sense..

It was my first time going to the office. My experience was amazing! I walked in was able to speak to someone and they sent someone from the back to get me and I am so thankful it was Ms. Katrina! She was sooo helpful and very kind and helped me so much! Truly an angel! Good sent for sure! I truly appreciate Ms. Katrina she deserves all the praise!
Hard to find located in the back of the building. No signage in front of the building for directions. Construction workers had to direct me. Lots of parking, security at the entrance, a warm welcome as l entered, by an employee. Large waiting room, no lines, immediate service. I had to have forms faxed and that was it.
