Food stamp office is horrible here! They never help with anything! I called 211 and they said my local office can assist me with signing a form for replacement for my food loss and all the lady here said yeah we can't do that 🙄 even though I have proof of the food loss! All she had to do was hand me a form and then send it to the state office and they approve or not. Not her!
Worse place if you need help
Went to the Food Stamps Office to file for SNAPS FOOD STAMPS (GALVESTON),people there were very helpful and kind. Love this place. The old train station museum is also on the first floor,great place to visit.
Recieved PEBT can't use it do to no response from local office . (Was sent to locat office by PEBT due to a discrepancy, only local office can deal with discrepancy) We don't recieve any benefits . The phone goes straight to a VM . This is horrible. Houston office responds but this office doesn't. So now I have no clue of how my kids will get there pebt
