Worst office ever. No customer service what so ever no help what so ever ! Everyone sitting at that front desk should be fired! They look at you crazy like your supposed to know exactly what to do instead of helping or walking you through the process
Called in 2/24/25. On the phone for 45 minutes and finally had to hang up because I'm at work. A simple question concerning my account and no help.
These people just don't give a DAMN 😂😂 I done been on hold for well over 2 hours!! I am reaching out to my local congressman cuz they got me messed up fr. Now, watch how I get my stamps when I go above them!
I couldn't get someone on the phone if my life depended on it. I been on hold and am still currently on hold while making this accurate review for an hour and a half. All for a simple question. But it's ok I'm sick at home with rsv and I'ma come up there Monday morning and spread my sickness since I can't get no one on the phone. Do better
