The wait time was long but Raquel was awesome very friendly and funny. She helped us out a bunch as we didn’t understand much of the process or paper work give that girl a raise.
The call center agents have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHATSOEVER! They’re rude as hell, and they’ll hang up on you mid call after you’ve waited on hold for an hour, or waited for a call back two hours. It’s actually pathetic, and then they don’t even know what they’re talking about when there’s notes sitting right infront of them.
Just called to ask why in the middle of a 6 month period they cut me off. The lady I spoke to was dismissive and gave me every number to call but didn’t wanna help me. If I hadn’t already call all the other numbers first I would’ve been there asking for more help. It’s a run around and a joke.
We live in a system. We’re being monitored. They cancel your benefits when they do not answer the phone for you to do your compliance.
