We live in a system. We’re being monitored. They cancel your benefits when they do not answer the phone for you to do your compliance.
On a Friday between 11a-12p, the lobby was almost empty. One of the doors kept jamming making it feel like it was locked, but someone was kind enough to keep opening the door for others passing on the FYI. My visit went by fairly quickly. There wasn't a long wait to be seen & my case was processed while I was there. Be sure to take advantage & complete your application online. I did & I'm sure that helped speed up the process. My case worker was kind & professional & she has my sincerest gratitude for helping me.
Nobody answers the phone. I have photo proof of being on hold for 6+ hours on multiple days! I call them from the time they open till the time they close. Don’t tel me it’s about floods because we didn’t get that here. These people are lazy and hate helping people who are trying to maintain benefits.
They helped me out good they change my due date it was always 15th of every month now I'm getting none till the 25th of every month that ain't helping me at all
Worst office ever. No customer service what so ever no help what so ever ! Everyone sitting at that front desk should be fired! They look at you crazy like your supposed to know exactly what to do instead of helping or walking you through the process
