Staff is more well rounded then before. Very kind with disability support while giving multiple options with explanation to better service customers

Signs say go to the entrance is in the back. DONT GO TO THE BACK! The entrance is in front.
Have signs all over the entire building saying the entrance is in back. Then you go to the back and its locked with a sign saying to go to the front entrance. You call the number on the door specifically given to make an appointment and no one answers. You call the number on google and it tells you to call 411 and hangs up on you. What a joke. If they want people to off themselves, this is a great tactic.
