The therapist are phenomenal, they treat you 1 on 1 foran hour which was amazing, I felt they truly had the time to listen and tailor activities to my needs, I left being more educated about my condition and how to manage my own health after therapy would be completed. They treated me as I would expect my family to treat me, it was an amazing experience, would recommend highly
Staff nurse incharge not patient oriented,very caustic and unpleasant.
Therapists are great! But the billing department was not helpful and the claim policies. They use hospital codes when submitting physical therapy sessions claims which increased the fees 4 times more compared to other providers (stand alone facilities) When I called the billing team to ask for clarification on the codes (as per my insurance advice) they were upset saying they already provided an estimate ( but with different type of code) and that I could get a financial plan if I was not able to pay.
