Everyone was so kind. Ariana who went through all the paperwork and steps of the procedure and then stood next to me and held my hand and kept asking if I was ok, will never know what her kindness meant, especially as she wiped my tears away. Dr. Gamboa who performed the procedure was also very kind and explained everything as he went along.
