Ladies, do not go to this mammogram service. The staff is not compassionate, at best they are quickly efficient and perfunctory. I have received three false positives from this department. Each time I have to return for a more expensive ultrasound and diagnostic care. I am no longer willing to have my anxiety level spike, not only waiting for results but always leading up to the exam in the first place. First, why are there no reviews for this office? It is not new. The visit was timely, but my issue was with the ultrasound tech Heather. I was referred over after suspicious area and nodule for biopsy, so of course my anxiety level was high. When we first met, she was not warm and was blee off every question with "don't worry"...It was said in a tone that was not gentle, understanding and helpful.
