I truly hope everyone does their due diligence before booking here. I have never experienced a doctor that was as cold, unprofessional, having most accusatory tone, unpleasant, not personable, and unfriendly as this doctor. As a first time patient you want to feel comfortable and trusting leaving your care in the hands of professionals. This was not what I experienced. Love the staff and physicians but manager is terrible and borderline fraudaluant that is why I gave it 3 stars. She wanted me to prepay for my lab. I have been a medical Biller for 10 years and know how it works. I received a print out of what they expect to be reimbursed. I advised that you cannot collect a deductible until the claim is processed because you are only responsible for the deductible on the lines that paid. Doctor is nice but Business manager is out of control. She tries everything she can to make things as difficult as possible behind the doctors back. Very rude on every visit. When talking to reception she always butt's in. Double talks and flat out lies. This single person makes it hell to go to the visits and keep the visits. Also scheduled as many visits and test as possible to get as much cash as possible so if you go here make sure to ask if this is mandatory or voluntary because they will have you taking unnecessary tes... read more

Rude receptionist that want to make it you fault after the repeatedly cancle appointments you show up to and make. Random appointments to increase visits all for money. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. Iv been dealing with these rude people just to get passed thru there factory line like a product. It's all about let's run tests and see if we can find a problem for a healthy patient. I'm healthy and only need a checkup to keep insurence happy and my cholesterol meds.
