This place never has it together. Asked for a refund and left since I couldn’t be seen until 3 hours later due to a scheduling conflict which should have been caught on their end. Last time I had to wait because they didn’t put in the order for my labs so the appointment took longer that it should have. Even before then I had an appointment in which I asked if I needed to fast and was advised no, turns out I did so I had to come back.
Staff is always helpful and accommodating. And Dr Lee is simply superb. He answers every question and provides any information attendant to ailments and concerns.
Dr. Tran provided me with excellent service.
Texas Health Adult Care in north Arlington is a first class medical group. I have been a patient of Dr David Lee and his nurse practitioner for 6 years and am very satisfied with the quality of care I receive every time. Dr Lee is extremely thorough and an excellent diagnostician, and ensures all your questions are addressed. His assistants and office staff are excellent as well. 5 stars.
