My highlights didn't cover my roots or gray as they had before at Texas Hair team. I went back and they would not fix it.
I've been going here to see Angela (amazing with women's hair and isn't "cut happy") for the past year and introduced my boyfriend to Reagan (she's amazing with men's cuts). I won't go anywhere else anymore. Definitely a place that I'll return to over and over again guaranteed.
I love this place! Liz is fantastic as is Yvonne. They are very helpful and always prompt. Could not be nicer if they tried. Have been going there for years and plan to continue as long as Liz or Yvonne are there.
Extremely bad customer service. Avoid this place if require a scheduled appointment with with a professional sylist. I walked in the week before and made an appt for a particular stylist for Thursday May 3, 2012. The young lady was polite and asked for my name and phone number for the appt. It appeared that she wrote it down. I called the morning of the appt to confirm. A very polite young lady agreed I was scheduled at 11:00am with this stylist. The atmosphere is child friendly and my hair stylist, Ashley C., is WONDERFUL! She is knowlegeable about the products she sells (but never pushy), is able to provide up-to-date hair styles and fun to talk to--even my kids love her! Ashley tends to stay busy, but I've never had to wait long than three days to get an appointment!
Absolutely horrible. Nice people until they mess up your hair. I am currently sueing them for extensions. I have pics online showing the result. I looked like a freak, and they fell out the next day. Refuses to refund the service.
I have never had to wait even without an appointment. There is one girl there that I don't really like -- she's a bit snotty, but overall the customer service is great and it seems like there is not a lot of turn around as there is in some of these places. I have had the same person for a while now so I get the same haircut every time.
