What started out as a pleasant experience quickly turned into a nightmare of all nightmares. They had our Ford F350 for 9 months and out of the list of things that they were supposed to replace, repair, or upgrade on the vehicle ... which had been discussed in detail on many occasions, was not done. We know due to eye witnesses that our truck sat untouched at the road to the open public for 6 months at minimum and they left my engine dr. along with the new transmission they put in for months.
