We bought our greenhouse ~11 years ago and have been enjoying it ever since. Our saleman, Eddie, is still there and has helped on a couple of occasions when I've contacted him about replacement parts and most recently a glass door panel that broke. They helped coordinate the initial 3-day install although we did have to handle getting the foundation, DG flooring, electrical, water, and propane hookups. Horrible company. As a former employee the promise to get the job done in a timely manner. They take weeks after the job deadline is suppose to get done to “milk the hours” so their employees get paid. Please go somewhere else if you want a greenhouse, they are over priced and take too long for the job to get done. Zero stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Spoke with sales, service & front desk. Front desk was by far the worst experience. Hung up on me multiple times when placing on “hold” & eventually stopped answering the phone altogether. Customer service & basic people skills are severely lacking. I was looking to spend thousands of dollars but after having to deal with the girl at the front desk, I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. Ridiculous & shameful that a business would conduct itself in such bad manner.
