Blackoak homes came highly recommended by TGR STAFF who also share an office with Black Oak Homes…..BUYERS BEWARE!!! I feel like we were completely deceived by Blackoak and its representatives Mack Davis and Jerry Qualls. False advertising, tell you everything you want to hear until after they get you to buy, then everything mysteriously changes.
False advertising when I got there they did not have the selection for the properties that I wanted for the price but they told me they did. And the properties they tried to sell me for the price were drain off proptery . One of the more exclusive properties had a swap on it. This would bring him mosquitoes during the summer they were not going to do anything about it. Most of the houses are built up by the front of the street.
