What ever you do, DO NOT do business with this company if you want your golf cart back in a timely manner. It is under new ownership and they are a shady business! They have had our golf cart since April 2024 and still have not fixed it or returned it. We call everyday with no call backs. We have gone to their location to pick it up, and they have a lot of golf cart blocking ours in. They tell us they do not have the time to move the golf carts out of the way so we can pick our golf cart. They have not done any work on it to... read more

On 09/20/24 my golf cart was picked up by Bill, I explained to him my concerns about the golf cart and that I needed a quote and the golf cart back soon he told me that it won't be an issue, after a week I call this company and Kathy answer the call I explain to her that I needed the golf cart that is necessary for me to do my job and I have 1 week without it, she told me that she will find out and call me back, it never happens, I call the next day and she transfer me to the person on service, he told me that my cart was on... read more
This golf cart business was very helpful. I have a really tight budget and they were able to diagnose all the issues going wrong with my golf cart and giving me quoted prices for each thing needed and they let me know what things were the most important to have fixed. They only repaired what I chose to have repaired. They also provide loaner golf carts, free of charge, to anyone that needs it while their golf cart is in the repair shop. Absolutely terrible!!!! Do not do business with this company. They were supposed to have my cart battery conversion done in a week to 10 days, they took over 6 week gave me numerous excuses, blamed their supplier who had nothing to do with the delay, and charged me separately for components that that came in a kit with one price. They gave me a loner that broke down twice (once in the pouring rain) and had no parking break so I almost put it in a creek.
