This is a really good place to get your passport for the first time it renewed. This is my 2nd time coming here I came first back in 2015 now it was time to get mine renewed in 2025. First time it was my wife and my 2 kids but now they are grown they will have to renew their own lol. I spoke to Nicholas the assistant Manager he was really helpful and funny and made the process fun and not a drag like it usually is. The people here were great! I had let my passport expire and they helped me with everything. Yes, you can get or renew a passport without this service but I’m really glad I went here. They gave me peace of mind.
This service is probably the easiest way to get a new passport. If you did the paperwork, you will be out in less than 10 minutes, including taking pictures. The current expeeded process (March 2025) is very fast. In my case it was about 9 days from going to Texas Global to have my passport in my mailbox.
