Great organization to bring young girls to where they can learn to become young ladies through learning music and culture.
Our daughters belonged to the Texas Girls Choir for ten years each. Bowed out with a wealth of musical knowledge and talent. More importantly, they made many life long friendships.
I am forever grateful for Founder, Ms. Shirley Carter, Executive Director Ms. Debi Weir, lovely pianist Ms. Trent and all my beautiful TCG friends! My life is so much more richer because I learned how to combine delight, development and discipline. Wonderful experience with the TGC! A great place to learn basic music and as well, teach leadership, presenting oneself and time management! This place shaped me to become a very dedicated person with everything I've done through my life. #TGCALUMNI
I was so thankful for my fellow TGC girls when i was in choir. I went threw many difficult times if it wasnt for Debi and choir i wouldnt be who i am today i cant wait for my own daughter to be old enough and audition to be in choir like i was.
