Billing has been a nightmare. I paid my bill via my HSA account and Texas GI Endoscopy failed to apply it. They billed me twice more and I paid. When I saw the error, I had to prove payment and a refund was agreed upon. That was two months ago and I’ve still not received a reimbursement. Super nice lady in customer service but shady accounting practices. Today I received a check for $61.39 when the practice owes me $1500!!!
